Job Description
Introduction
Are you passionate about financial markets and looking to take your career to the next level Were working with a leading company that is looking for a skilled Senior Investment Associate to join their dynamic team.
Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. BCom / Business Science / CA / Actuarial Science / BEng / CFA) with a strong academic record;
- Strong Financial modelling
- Application of valuation methodologies financial statements analysis and good accounting practices
- Knowledge of SME investment sector
- Minimum 7 years of appropriate experience in a fund management entity
- Venture Capital Private Equity or Corporate Finance Experience
- Demonstrate track record of originating structuring and closing of complex transactions (have a deal sheet)
- Experience in Valuations and Exits
