Part-Time Sales & Lead Generation Specialist Work from Home (U.S. Company)
Were GuildSteam a Colorado-based U.S. company that connects global talent with US companies and we are seeking a highly motivated sales and lead generation specialist to help us grow our client base. If you have at least 1 years of experience in cold outreach email marketing telemarketing and CRM tools wed love to hear from you.
This is a part-time remote role with the opportunity to grow into full-time.
Working Hours (Remote Fixed Schedule):
6:30 PM 10:30 PM South Africa Standard Time (SAST)
(Matching 10:30 AM 2:30 PM Mountain Standard Time USA)
Starting Pay:
ZAR 1650 per week
Part time - 20 hours per week

What Youll Be Doing:

Prospecting leads and building outbound lists

Cold emailing and follow-up campaigns

Outbound phone calls (B2B focus)

CRM and pipeline management

Helping build and execute sales funnels
Requirements:

1 years experience in lead generation and sales

Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Experience preferred with email campaigns LinkedIn outreach and CRMs (e.g. HubSpot Zoho Manatal)
- Experience preferred with Lead Generation systems (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator )

Strong organizational and communication skills

Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Opportunity to Grow:
This position starts at 20 hours per week with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance.
