Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Remote (Global - seeking top talent from South Africa Eastern Europe Latin America or Philippines)
Employment Type: Full-time Independent Contractor
Hours: 8am - 5pm EST

We are building a new dedicated department for this initiative and are looking for a highly experienced and driven Recruiting Coordinator to be a foundational member of our team. The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator who is a true rockstar in their field. This isnt just a role; its an opportunity to manage an entire operation within our new department. We need someone with extensive experience who can come in pull their weight and actively suggest improvements and strategies. Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for video editors primarily sourced from the Philippines for our clients.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies utilizing platforms like LinkedIn internal applications and ads to attract a high volume of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Vetting & Interviews: Conduct thorough vetting processes including group interviews and individual interviews to identify candidates who meet our stringent quality and skill requirements.
- Operational Management: Take ownership of the recruitment operation ensuring a seamless and efficient process from initial application to final approval for training.
- Proactive Contribution: Beyond core tasks you will be expected to suggest improvements streamline processes and actively contribute to the departments strategy and success.
- Client Interaction (Potential): While primary focus is candidate-facing there may be opportunities to make candidate introductions to clients depending on the departments structure.
What Were Looking For
- Extensive Recruitment Experience: Proven track record as a Recruiting Coordinator demonstrating a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Philippines Sourcing Expertise: Specific experience in recruiting talent from the Philippines is highly preferred.
- Video Editor Recruitment Background: Direct experience in recruiting video editors or similar creative/technical roles is a significant advantage.

- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with HubSpot for CRM and Slack for internal communication is highly desirable. Experience with various forms and scheduling tools is also beneficial.

Working Hours & Time Zone
We are flexible with time zones accommodating either EST or South African time zones. This role requires a dedicated individual who prioritizes their career and views their work as a passion ideally operating with a never sleep approach when critical tasks arise.
Reporting Structure
Initially you will report directly to leadership offering a unique opportunity to work closely with decision-makers.
