Job Description
The Strategic Partnerships are looking to hire an analyst experienced in critical analysis of commercial terms relating to sourcing and contracting for Information Technology services and specifically cloud and SaaS services. The candidate should have an in depth knowledge of vendor performance management including SLA management.
The candidate will be tasked with ensuring the highest level of performance from our partners while consistently managing and seeking to reduce costs through greater efficiencies and collaboration. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of partnership programs.

- Vendor Commercials align with Customer Value Proposition
- Analyse Vendor Billing versus Budget
- Alignment of Contracted Commercials to Billing
- Align business use cases to commercials.
- Identify efficiencies and opportunities to reduce costs
- Partner Performance Monitoring
- Develop and implement Partner Performance Monitoring Tools (Observability)
- SLA Management
- Partner Security Requirements and Reviews
- Vendor Management Managing the Supplier handbook
- Pro-Active Service Monitoring through observability
- Partner Governance Meetings
- Commercial and contract negotiations
- Spend Analysis
- Contracting Process Support
- Understand Technical Architecture security and data requirements
- Policy Management
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- 5-8 years of experience in Supplier Relationship management business development or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to logically and critically evaluate information breaking down complex issues into smaller parts for thorough examination
- A strong financial and commercial background.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience in negotiating and finalising commercial contracts
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across the organisation.
- Experience in environments with SaaS and cloud deployments showing a good understanding of the architecture technology software including all aspects of risks introduced.
- A good understanding of third party risk management.
- Bachelors degree in business information technology data science or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
