As the Regional HR Ops Excellence & Integration Lead within our Frontline People Organization (FLPO) you will be responsible for leading projects with organizational impact within regional scope. You will also be responsible for management of the local HR workstream scope for organizational change projects ensuring strong collaboration across key stakeholders local execution of key HR workstream activities in alignment with global process/playbooks and provide local knowledge and input on HR workstream activities to the centre IMO team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In partnership with the Global IMO Area Leadership Team Regional Leadership Team and Regional HR team you will lead and project manage the HR critical work stream activity for integrations mergers and transformation activities in the Front Line People Organization business in Africa.
