Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Develop and maintain ABAP programs reports interfaces and enhancements within the SAP ERP system.
- Work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop solutions for SAP FICO modules including GL AP AR and CO.
- Build and set up FI/CO Fiori apps in test and productive systems
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Set up of reporting structures - replacement of legacy reporting structures (Painter Reports) into the new Fiori Reporting structure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ABAP programs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Creation of documentation for optimisation projects
- Participate in project implementations and upgrades.
- A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial (Computer Science Information Technology etc.)
- 3 years of SAP ERP experience specifically within SAP FICO.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
- Familiarity with industry specific processes and regulatory compliance such as GMP GLP and GCP.
- Proficient in ABAP programming: reports dialog BAPIs BADIs Smart Forms SAP Scripts.
- Experienced in SAP debugging and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver is required.
- SAP HANA knowledge is preferred.
- Strong development and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
