Job Description
Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a highly skilled and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to lead and elevate our clients visual communication efforts. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative vision with strategic thinking and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative the Senior Graphic Designer you will be responsible for conceptualising and executing high-impact designs across digital and print platforms. You will also play a key role in guiding junior designers and maintaining brand consistency across all marketing and internal communications.
- Lead the design process from concept to delivery across a wide range of materials including brand campaigns websites social media packaging advertising and print collateral.
- Translate business objectives and marketing strategies into creative solutions that strengthen our brand identity.
- Oversee and mentor junior designers providing constructive feedback and ensuring high-quality output.
- Collaborate closely with marketing digital and product teams to align creative output with campaign goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and departments.
- Stay on top of design trends tools and best practices to enhance our visual approach continuously.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a graphic design role with a strong portfolio that showcases a range of creative work across mediums.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign); experience with Figma Canva After Effects or Adobe XD is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of design principles typography layout and user-centred design.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to uphold high standards under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently while also collaborating in a team.
Preferred:
- Experience working with brand strategy or in a leadership/design lead capacity.
- Familiarity with web and UI/UX design.
- Experience in motion graphics and/or video editing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and responsive design.
