Our Client a leading and established financial services organisation is seeking the services of a Senior Project Co-Ordinator. This is a contract role and is for a period of 6 months.

Requirements:
Grade 12 and Agile or Project Management certifications
Proven experience in structured project coordination including maintaining accurate project logs trackers and risk registers with a high standard of accuracy (95% weekly updates).
Demonstrated ability to support project managers through timely scheduling documentation and issue resolution with a consistent record of on-time task completion.
Strong stakeholder coordination skills including the ability to organise and document meetings and track action items with full accountability and follow-through.
Proficiency in financial tracking and reporting including updating programme budgets managing cost centres validating invoices and preparing reports such as PPO and MIS.
Working knowledge of enterprise systems especially SAP for procurement entries and financial processing.
Understanding of governance standards and audit readiness including experience in maintaining compliance through documentation audit item tracking and use of standard templates.
Experience in supporting process improvements and tool adoption with a demonstrated ability to contribute to reviews monitor tool usage (e.g. Jira) and drive adoption compliance
