Job Description
Anticipated contract length/Duration: August 1st 2025 - November 30th 2025
Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking an experienced Specialist Developer/Programmer to join their application development and maintenance team. This role focuses on enhancing and supporting custom-built mobile applications as part of the clients IT systems maintenance programme. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis design development testing and deployment of solutions within a Microsoft technology stack.
What you will do:
- Develop new functionality and enhance existing mobile applications based on functional and technical specifications.
- Modify existing code to support changes in business processes and operational requirements.
- Compile technical documentation including system and database design documents.
- Develop or modify system reports based on user and system requirements.
- Conduct unit testing integration testing and system testing.
- Translate high-level system design into functional application programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and issues through prescribed change management processes.
- Collaborate with other developers business analysts and project stakeholders.
- Provide user support and respond to Helpdesk queries.
- Participate in compiling or updating training material and supporting user training sessions.
Qualifications :
- .NET Framework 4.8 / .NET Core / .NET Standard 4 years

- API technologies (REST SOAP JSON) 4 years
- Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or later 4 years
- Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 or above 4 years
- Stored Procedures & T-SQL 3 years
- Microsoft IIS 3 years
- HTML5 & Bootstrap 3 years
- XAML 3 years
- MVVM Design Pattern 3 years
- JavaScript-related technologies 2 years
- Reporting Services 2016 or above 1 year
- XML Microsoft Patterns & Practices Microsoft Enterprise Library 1 year
- Experience in mobile application development using Blazor 3 years
- Kotlin and Microservices Architecture 1 year
- Experience with Azure DevOps Server/Services 1 year
- Understanding of software design patterns application development frameworks and debugging tools

- Proficiency with tools like XCode Android Studio and Microsoft SQL Server. Management Studio.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
