Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer Product Designer or similar role in a digital or tech-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design with examples of UI/UX work across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficient in Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles responsive design and usability best practices.
- Experience conducting or collaborating on user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or frontend collaboration is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for consistency and polish.

Responsibilities
Product & Interface Design
- Collaborate with stakeholders product managers and developers to define and implement innovative design solutions for new features and existing products.
- Execute all stages of visual design from concept sketches to final handoff to engineering.
- Create wireframes prototypes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas clearly.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into impactful design decisions.
- Regularly test and iterate on designs based on user feedback usability metrics and team input.
Design Systems & Standards
- Develop and maintain design systems UI kits and asset libraries to ensure visual consistency across platforms.
- Establish and promote design guidelines standards and best practices across teams.
- Help evolve and maintain a cohesive brand identity ensuring all design work aligns with our brand guidelines.
Marketing & Cross-Functional Support
- Work with the marketing team to create compelling visuals for campaigns landing pages social media and performance ads.

- Ensure all internal and external-facing design materials reflect a unified visual voice.
