Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across business units
- Build and maintain financial models to support business strategy and decision-making
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure adherence to internal controls
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments to provide actionable financial insights
- Support the Finance Manager in monthly reporting variance analysis and Board presentations
Requirements:
- BCom Honours in Accounting or Finance (CIMA or progressing toward CA(SA) advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a finance or management accounting role
- Solid experience in budgeting forecasting and financial modelling
- Demonstrated experience in leading or supervising finance teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP Oracle or similar)
