Role Overview:Youll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities engaging with mining and industrial clients and developing tailored solutions that address real-world energy challenges. From client acquisition to technical collaboration youll work across sales engineering and operations to deliver commercially viable future-ready power solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain a client pipeline in the mining infrastructure and industrial sectors.
- Promote and sell battery energy storage systems (BESS) hybrid solutions and microgrid infrastructure.
- Work with technical teams to define fit-for-purpose client solutions.
- Prepare proposals and technical-commercial presentations.
- Attend site visits and understand on-site energy requirements (including charging solutions for electric mining vehicles).
- Represent the division at trade shows and energy forums.
Requirements:- 35 years of B2B technical sales or business development experience.
- Exposure to power systems electrical infrastructure or hybrid energy solutions.
- Understanding of energy transition in the mining or industrial sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
- Comfortable operating in a self-driven solutions-led environment.
