Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting for a System Trainer for our client in Centurion. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the client systems training to both internal staff and external clients across the country. This role involves frequent travel hands-on training sessions resolving systems-related queries and preparing regular performance and activity reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site and remote systems training sessions for internal employees and external clients.
- Travel to various client locations nationwide to deliver personalized training and support.
- Provide hands-on assistance and resolve client queries related to the client system.
- Evaluate trainee progress and adapt training methods to meet the needs of the audience.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in front of groups during training presentations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the client system and related updates or improvements.
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate and resolve technical issues where necessary.
- Submit detailed monthly training and activity reports to management.
- Ensure training materials and documentation are current and accessible.
- Always maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude.

- Valid driver s licence and willingness to travel extensively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in speaking to and engaging with groups of varying sizes.
- Basic computer literacy: prior experience with systems or software training is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
- Reliable and self-motivated capable of working independently.
- Ability to produce accurate and professional monthly reports.
