Job Description

A dynamic opportunity exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in residential developments to take the lead on exciting construction projects based in Bellville Cape Town.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 8 years experience in quantity surveying with a focus on residential developments
  • Proficiency in CCS Candy is essential
  • Sound knowledge of Dimension X
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
  • Experience with Xero Accounting Software and Smartsheet will be advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
