Job Description
A dynamic opportunity exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in residential developments to take the lead on exciting construction projects based in Bellville Cape Town.
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 8 years experience in quantity surveying with a focus on residential developments
- Proficiency in CCS Candy is essential
- Sound knowledge of Dimension X
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
- Experience with Xero Accounting Software and Smartsheet will be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
