As an Account Executive youll be the first point of contact for new and interested customers. Your role will focus on conducting brief but impactful phone conversations educating homeowners about the companys value and securing commitment to begin working with our advisory or service teams. This is a high-volume high-touch role ideal for someone who thrives in structured sales environments and is confident managing conversations that convert interest into action.
Conduct 1520 minute inbound and outbound sales calls with qualified homeowners or leads
Clearly and confidently communicate the companys value proposition process and next steps
Secure $300 deposits (or similar monetary commitments) to move leads into the advisory pipeline
Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system and follow internal processes
Collaborate with sales leadership to refine scripts improve close rates and share feedback from calls
Maintain availability on a WednesdaySunday schedule (or similar weekend-flexible schedule)
Deliver a premium and professional customer experience at all times
24 years of experience in inside sales call center sales or high-velocity transactional sales
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (neutral or U.S.-friendly accent preferred)
Confident in conducting structured goal-oriented conversations and asking for payment commitments
Organized self-motivated and capable of independently managing a remote sales workflow
Experience in the U.S. home services housing or renovations industry is a plus
Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment and open to weekend availability
