Appointment Setter Home Improvement Services
Location: Remote (South Africa candidates)
Compensation: $1100 $1500 USD/month
Industry: Residential Painting / Home Improvement
Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday (U.S. Eastern Time preferred)
About the Role:
Were looking for a sharp motivated Appointment Setter to join a high-performing sales team in the home improvement this role youll be the first voice our prospects hearqualifying leads and scheduling consultations that drive revenue and results. This is your chance to plug into a fast-paced environment where hustle accountability and performance are valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly call text and email inbound leads with professionalism and urgency
- Qualify prospects based on location project type timeline and budget
- Schedule in-home or virtual consultations following clear booking guidelines
- Use Pipedrive CRM to manage all deal flow custom fields and scheduling activity
- Leave detailed notes and context for every lead to help closers walk into appointments fully informed
- Conduct warm lead follow-ups and re-engage cold or unresponsive contacts
- Collaborate closely with sales team members to continually improve lead quality and conversion metrics
- Research and become familiar with local areas including neighborhood names zip codes and regional distinctions (e.g. Main Line vs. South Philly)
Qualifications:
- Experience with Pipedrive CRMconfident using pipelines stages and custom fields
- Phone sales experience required with strong conversion and rapport-building skills
- General sales experience preferably in a high-volume or appointment-setting context
- Experience in residential projects such as design repainting or renovation is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Little to no accentmust be easily understood over the phone by U.S.-based clients
- Strong understanding of U.S. geography especially city/state/ZIP code formats
- Ability to quickly learn and recall neighborhood names zip codes and local landmarks
- Willingness to research local areas and understand regional nuances and terminology
- Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple leads at once
- Proactive self-motivated and thrives in a collaborative fast-paced team environment
- Dual monitor setup required for optimal workflow and productivity
