Job Description

W are assisting our client in the Food Manufacturing industry in the search for a Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations ensuring optimal equipment functionality and minimal production downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the maintenance team ensuring high levels of efficiency and safety.

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to reduce breakdowns.

  • Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental standards.

  • Manage maintenance budgets contracts and external service providers.

  • Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to improve operational performance.

Requirements:

  • Relevant engineering qualification (Mechanical/Electrical).

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a maintenance management role within a manufacturing environment preferably food production.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Proven track record of managing preventative maintenance systems and cost-effective solutions.
