Job Description
The following vacancy is available in Gauteng
An IT Infrastructure Technician is needed for the
Rosebank HO
Preference will be given to equity candidates: Gender & Group
African Male/White Male/Coloured Male
Job purpose:
To ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of all the IT infrastructure
to assist the business in delivering on its profitability objective.
Key Accountable Responsibilities:
- To deliver on agreed SLAs manage any out-of-line situations with the business. Reporting back to the line manager on the performance of their tickets.
- Ensure costs are maintained and the authorisation process is followed at all times.
- To ensure the delivery by third-party service providers against set SLAs and timeous escalation to line manager of non-performance.
- Provide a professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times.
Competency and qualification requirements:
- IT Degree/Diploma/Certificate (A Network MCITP)
- Grade 12
- 2 years experience in Micro Finance
- 2 4 yearsIT Infrastructure experience
