Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct thorough damage assessments on vehicles involved in accidents ensuring accurate evaluation of repair needs and costs.
Prepare detailed professional assessment reports using industry standard tools and estimating systems.
Assess vehicle safety and roadworthiness in line with legal and technical standards.
Work within deadlines and manage multiple assessments efficiently without compromising quality.
Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the assessment process.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Proven experience as a vehicle assessor panel beater or similar automotive background.
Strong knowledge of automotive repair methods and vehicle construction.
Proficiency in estimating systems/software.
Excellent communicationn skills.
High attention to detail.
Own Reliable Vehicle Essential.
Valid drivers license.
