Job Description

Degree or diploma in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
-
Business Analyst skills including requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
-
Experience in cross-functional teams and working with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
-
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript)
-
Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD Sketch InVision
-
Understanding of data visualization dashboard design branding and graphic design principles
-
Ability to conduct workshops design sprints and measure user experience with analytics tools
-
German language skills are advantageous
-
Proficiency in Figma for designing interfaces and prototypes
-
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
-
Experience creating wireframes storyboards and user flows
-
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
-
Expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms
-
Strong visual design and attention to detail
-
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-
Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing requirements

Strong problem-solving and creative skills

Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
-
Design and deliver user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
-
Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points
-
Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma
-
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
-
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
-
Maintain and contribute to the design system and component library
-
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on design goals
-
Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practice
-
Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools
-
Mentor and guide junior designers
-
Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into design solutions
-
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and team members
-
