Job Description
The Fine Print (AKA What Were Looking For):
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (Hons bonus points!)
- SAICA articles completed
- 3 to 4 years experience in a similar role
- Treasury experience You know your cash like you know your coffee
- A strong personality: Youre not afraid to ask the hard questions or dive deep into data
- Analytical mindset because numbers dont lie but they do hide sometimes!
Your Daily Money-Making Moves Will Include:
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Monthly management reporting that wows the boardroom
- Preparing variance analysis that unpacks the what and the why
- Playing a key role in treasury management think cash flow forecasting monitoring investments and ensuring that liquidity never dries up
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders like the finance boss you are
- Supporting strategic decision-making with insights that go beyond the balance sheet
- Working with group consolidations and keeping a keen eye on financial compliance
- Helping drive efficiencies process improvements and penny-smart practices across the team
