Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Requirement: Grade 12 / N4
- Advantageous: Administration Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a workshop environment with strong administrative experience.
- Experience as Hino Service Advisor would be advantages

Key Responsibilities (not limit to)
- Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer satisfaction and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Workshop Planning: Oversee workshop utilization capacity and ensure smooth operations.
- Invoicing & Claims: Prepare retail and internal invoicing and manage claims efficiently.
- Job Card Management: Open process and monitor job cards for repairs maintenance and service. Communication & Liaison: Act as the main contact between customers and Volvo ensuring accurate information transfer.
- Workshop Support: Assist Technicians with VSTs & RSTs manage workshop administration and maintain the maintenance parts store.
