Job Title: Multi Skilled Trade Operative

Salary:34922.06

Hours per week: 39hours

Contract type: Perm

Location: Knutton Lane Depot Newcastle-under-Lyme

About the role

We are currently looking for 2 x Multi Skilled Operatives to join our Voids team working across empty properties to ensure that our homes are ready for incoming customers. This is a key role in helping us to deliver safe affordable homes and in a first-class customer focused approach.

We are looking for enthusiastic colleagues who want to provide high-quality work and be a part of our home service team VOIDS who can also adapt to any work streams should we require.

What we need from you

Do you have previous experience in social housing property maintenance or construction

Are you committed to putting the customer at the heart of what you do as we champion our customers

(Role dependent). You must also hold a full valid driving license.
