Job Description
Were looking for a digitally savvy storyteller to lead social media strategy and execution across international markets. If you thrive on turning product drops athlete sponsorships and live events into scroll-stopping content this role is for you. Youll manage content calendars community engagement campaign ideation ad execution and reportingall while working closely with a passionate global team.
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with marketing objectives
Manage daily community engagement and customer service via direct messages and comments
Build and maintain monthly content calendars for global distribution
Plan and implement targeted paid ad campaigns (Meta Google YouTube etc.)
Advise on platform optimizations and website/social media integrations
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Provide monthly performance reports and insights
Coordinate localised content for international markets including language-specific posts
Collaborate cross-functionally on campaigns launches and events
Assist with digital media budget tracking and recommendations
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
5 years of hands-on social media or digital marketing experience
Experience with Meta Business Suite content scheduling and analytics platforms
Strong writing editing (photo/video/text) and communication skills
Collaborative mindset with a proactive detail-oriented approach
Background in marketing PR communications or a related field preferred
Bonus points if youve worked in action sports lifestyle or product-based industries
