Assist at reception
Perform general office administration tasks including filing typing scanning and photocopying
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails phone calls courier parcels)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Assist with the preparation of reports presentations and meeting documentation
Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements
Liaise with clients suppliers and service providers
Assist with procurement of office supplies and equipment
Support managers and team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Grade 12
Minimum of 2 3 years proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
Valid drivers license and own transport
Must be available immediately
