Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Butler to join a luxury private game lodge in the Welgevonden Game Reserve. This live-in position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality guest service and working in a remote nature-filled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping and maintenance of own guest rooms
Hosting duties including guest interactions and providing a personalised service
Front of house responsibilities such as check-ins welcome drinks and general guest relations
Ensuring all guest areas are maintained to a high standard
Delivering exceptional service throughout the guest stay
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment is advantageous
High attention to detail and strong guest service skills
Flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of duties
Ability to work independently and manage personal responsibilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be comfortable living and working in a remote bush environment
Package Includes:
R7000 salary per month
Live-in accommodation in a staff house (own room shared kitchen/lounge and bathroom facilities)
R500 food allowance per week
3 weeks on / 1 week off work cycle
Tips are not pooled each Butler receives individual tips from their own rooms
