Job Description
Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product goals prioritize backlogs and ensure solutions are aligned with financial and business objectives. A background in finance accounting or banking is essential along with proven experience in product ownership or business analysis within the financial domain.
Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience (5 years) in Agile methodologies such as Scrum Kanban or Lean with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve their full potential
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to address project risks and issues in a proactive and timely manner
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring alignment with business goals and prioritizing based on value and risk
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
