About the Opportunity

FCM Junior Consultant -

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of2 years working in corporate travel along with buckets of ambition and aninsatiable appetite for making solid relationships and delivering impeccable service to successfully combine travel management and a new career step.

What youll be doing:

To provide business travel management services to our clients in accordance with their Service level agreement requirements. Our primary responsibility is to ensure that customers can travel seamlessly for business purposes while adhering to the companys travel policies and budget constraints.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line online booking tool support to customers
  • To be a custodian and assist in ensuring the customers Online Adoption
  • To service retain and grow the portfolio; ensuring optimum levels of service are maintained at all times.
  • You will be responsible for quoting booking finance queries and complaint handling
  • Ensure enquiries are actioned as per agreed SLA.
  • Ensure that clients receive quotes confirmation and documentation within the minimum expected time period.
  • Ensure all queries are resolved within the minimum expected time.
  • Adhere to One Best Way processes and procedures
  • Efficiently balance the need to meet deadlines and work speedily under time pressures while maintaining high standards of service

Service orientated drive brand initiatives for greater customer engagement and retention

What youll need:

  • Embrace company philosophy values and change

  • Ability to handle high volumes of business
  • The drive determination and focus to co-lead a successful business
  • Minimum 2 years working in corporate travel
  • GDS proficiency with Amadeus highly regarded
