About our client..
An independently owned globally popular skincare brand is expanding its marketing team from their Cape Town HQ. With distribution in 160 countries and a strong curiosity about human behaviour theyre reimagining how the brand shows up worldwide all from South Africa. This is a rare opportunity to shape something new within a well-established company that operates with the energy of a start-up.

We re hiring across three levels:

Junior Global Brand Marketing Executive (1 2 years experience)
Mid-weight Global Brand Marketing Manager (3 5 years experience)
Senior Global Brand Marketing Lead (6 years experience)

What the job involves..

  • Building brand presence across global markets from a South African base

  • Developing and executing creative insight-led marketing initiatives

  • Shaping strategies and messaging for international audiences

  • Working collaboratively in a small fast-growing team

  • Taking initiative and helping define team processes and priorities

  • Adapting to and thriving in ambiguity this is a new team with room to grow and define your role

What you need to be considered..

  • Experience in brand marketing or a related field (years of experience as per level)

  • A creative and strategic mindset

  • Curiosity about global markets and how consumers engage with brands around the world

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Self-starter mentality comfortable building within grey space

Bonus points if you..

  • Have experience working on international brands or across multiple markets

  • Are fascinated by human behaviour and what drives consumer decisions
