Job Description
Implement Sage X3 across multiple sites in line with business requirements. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system adoption. Provide post-implementation support and resolve system-related queries. Collaborate with external consultants to ensure seamless integration and optimisation of system processes. Document implementation processes user guides and training materials. Liaise with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project milestones are met.
Skills & Experience:
Proven track record in Sage X3 implementation (non-negotiable).
Strong training and facilitation skills for diverse user groups.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel.
Qualification:
Com degree or equivalent
Sage X3 certification or equivalent experience.
Project management certification (advantageous).
