We are seeking a motivated and persuasiveSales Development Representative (SDR)to join our growing this role you will handle inbound calls from homeowners interested in selling their properties. Your primary focus will be to qualify leads build strong rapport with homeowners and negotiate purchase terms that align with our business objectives.
Handle inbound calls from homeowners interested in selling their properties.
Qualify leads efficiently to determine fit and readiness for sale.
Build and maintain strong rapport with potential sellers to create trust and confidence.
Negotiate purchase terms with homeowners to acquire new properties under favourable terms.
Guide conversations toward successful outcomes while ensuring an excellent client experience.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the acquisitions and management team to align on strategy and goals.
Minimum of2 years of sales experience ideally in a high-volume or phone-based environment.
Strong communication active listening and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and guide conversations towards a favourable outcome.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and a quiet professional setup.
Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
