Our client is a company specialized in real estate who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Financial Reporting & Modelling
Design update and optimize detailed financial models (P&L cash flow and balance sheet) for existing and potential projects.
Perform in-depth evaluations of leasing-related financial models to ensure precision and consistency.
Develop standardized financial model templates to be used across various projects and at the group level; simplify formulas and improve modelling logic for efficiency.
Construct corporate financial models and conduct financial consolidations in accordance with both VAS and IFRS standards as needed.
Leasing Management & Performance Analysis
Work closely with the Sales team to validate leasing data and reporting accuracy within the ERP system.
Continuously enhance leasing data workflows and suggest process improvements for greater efficiency.
Contribute to the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) initiative by addressing leasing-specific data and reporting needs.
Generate bi-weekly and monthly leasing performance reports offering trend analysis and KPI-driven insights for internal teams.
Deliver analytical insights to uncover leasing performance gaps and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
Develop and present leasing performance updates during quarterly business review meetings.
Budget Planning & Management
Conduct detailed variance analyses by comparing actual performance against budget and forecasts to highlight discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate across functions including Sales Investment and Commercial departments to support the budgeting process and monitor performance.
Requirements
Requirements
A Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related discipline is essential. Professional certifications such as CPA CFA or ACCA are a strong plus.
7 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A or Investment roles with at least 3 years specifically within the real estate industry.
Background with a Big 4 accounting firm is highly preferred.
Strong command of English both written and verbal with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
Advanced skills in financial modelling; proficient in ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite Oracle SAP) and data visualization tools like Power BI.
Strong analytical thinking problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
