Our client is a company specialized in technology who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Lead and support the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Develop actionable sales plans on a monthly and quarterly basis with clear and achievable target allocation.
Take the lead on acquiring and managing high-value clients including large contractors and real estate developers.
Establish streamlined sales processes and foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Monitor team KPIs and sales outcomes to identify areas for improvement and boost productivity.
Foster a dynamic results-driven team environment that emphasizes collaboration motivation and shared success.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Economics Business Administration Supply Chain or related fields.
At least 3 years of direct B2B sales experience including 1 year leading or supervising a sales team.
Strong understanding of factory and warehouse safety solution offerings.
