Job Description
- Update pre-shipment traffic ETA checking
- Update booking details on Cargoo ( for booking outside Cargoo)
- Check sync failed due to missing vessel code port code
- Upload shipping dox warehouse receipt weight note CMR IMA insurance dox PUR stock reconciliation
- Create samples register samples result
- Do contract/ container matching
- Issue landing instruction shipping advice insurance certificate UTZ RFA sales announcement
- Draft payment instruction on Konsole
- Book PUR issue sales invoice free debit note/ credit note bank/ warehouse release (for some specific cases only)
- Support certification audit (organic FT)
Qualifications :
- Good English
- Computer proficiency: MS Office (Excel Word Outlook...)
- Teamwork skills
- High level of adaptability
