Our client is a leading company specialized in manufacturing who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team ensuring timely processing of quotations contracts and orders.
Maintain and update customer and sales data in internal systems ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with logistics finance and other departments to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
Prepare regular sales reports dashboards and performance tracking using Excel.
Assist in organizing sales meetings presentations and customer follow-up when required.
Support in handling documents filing and managing sales-related administrative tasks.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Leader.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Economics Foreign Trade or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
Good command of English (both written and spoken) for daily work and documentation.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive responsible and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
