Job Description
Principal responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely submission of all tax reports (VAT FCT PIT CIT); handle e-invoices tax payments and support tax audits and planning.
Manage fixed assets: monthly updates depreciation liquidation and annual inventory.
Support monthly closing tasks including non-cash provisions account listings and reporting submissions.
Maintain and improve accounting processes; provide training to local teams when needed.
Oversee company banking activities including e-banking credit card transactions and daily exchange rate updates.
Prepare statutory reports (investment statistics) and support internal legal documentation.
Coordinate with auditors and perform ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
Key qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Auditing
Over 3 years of accounting experience specializing in tax compliance and fixed asset management
In-depth knowledge of CIT VAT FCT PIT; experienced in preparing tax reports and working with tax authorities
Strong understanding of depreciation methods asset disposal and fixed asset reconciliation
Detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving and independent working skills
Good English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office

- Work hours: 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM Monday - Friday.
