About the Role
As Canva continues to deepen its Truly Local strategy Vietnam stands out as one of our most critical growth markets. As Social Media Lead for Vietnam you will support Canvas growth and will be responsible for managing Canvas brand presence locally.
Youll work closely with Canvas Regional Launcher for Vietnam and will be a part of the core team to plan and launch campaigns to grow awareness. You will lead the launch and day-to-day management of owned brand channels on social media and other relevant digital platforms showcasing creatively audacious campaigns and content to drive awareness and engagement. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional teams from around the world to achieve our ambitious goal of becoming one of the most beloved brands in Vietnam.
What youd be doing in this role
- You have a solid and proven experience in digital B2C marketing with a strong track record managing brand-owned social and digital channels
- Youve worked and thrive in fast-paced tech or startup environments in Vietnam or globally
- Youre a creative thinker with hands-on experience producing engaging content and youve got a sharp eye for storytelling across formats.
- You understand how each social platform works from what content performs its metrics audience behaviors to the latest features and trends.
- Youre comfortable with data using analytics tools to track performance generate insights and continuously improve your strategies.
- You collaborate well across teams and know how to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners alike.
- Youre naturally curious and proactive always seeking new ways to connect with audiences and bring fresh ideas to life.
- Youre fluent in Vietnamese and English with excellent communication skills across both languages.
