Were looking for a skilled Data Engineer with experience in MLOps Python and Snowflake to support a strategic migration initiative for one of our enterprise clients. The client is currently moving ML models from legacy platforms to a Snowflake-based infrastructure.
In this role youll help assess existing models migrate data workflows and build robust pipelines for model training and deployment. Youll work closely with Blends internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
This is a hands-on role ideal for professionals with solid technical foundations who are looking to deepen their experience in MLOps and modern data platforms.
You will:
Support the evaluation of existing ML models built on legacy platforms.
Help design and implement data ingestion pipelines into Snowflake.
Assist in developing training and deploying ML workflows using Python within Snowflake.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on technical requirements and timelines.
Ensure reliability and performance of pipelines under the guidance of senior engineers.
Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Qualifications :
24 years of experience in data engineering and/or MLOps.
Proficiency in Python for building data pipelines and ML workflows.
Experience with Snowflake (or similar cloud data platforms).
Familiarity with the MLOps lifecycle: model training deployment and monitoring.
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure.
Comfortable working in collaborative environments and adapting to evolving client needs.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Streamlit dbt or Snowpark (nice to have).
Understanding of CI/CD processes or infrastructure-as-code tools.
Experience working in client-facing or consultancy-style environments.
What about languages
You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.
How much experience must I have
You should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in data engineering MLOps or related fields.
