Associate Attorney
Career Consulting Partners is proud to partner with a well-established and growing defense litigation firm in their search for a skilled Litigation Attorney. The firm represents a diverse roster of clients in complex litigation matters with this position focusing primarily on employment law while also offering exposure to business litigation. This role is ideal for an attorney who excels in a collaborative team-oriented environment is committed to continuous professional growth and is eager to handle challenging cases across both employment and business law.
DUTIES:
- Manage a diverse caseload from inception through trial including drafting pleadings motions and discovery.
- Conduct legal research and develop strategies tailored to each clients goals.
- Represent clients in hearings depositions mediations and arbitrations.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys clients and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 37 years of California litigation experience.
- Employment defense experience preferred.
- Strong legal research writing and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cases independently while working as part of a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to client service.
- California Bar admission in good standing.
