Role Overview
Lead and support HR operations for a large diverse team.
Your mission: ensure smooth payroll employee relations and HR processes while helping the company grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws (contracts benefits health & safety).
- Advise on labor & social security matters including disciplinary cases and negotiations.
- Collaborate with the Workers Council and legal advisors.
- Answer employee questions on policies and regulations.
- Propose improvements for HR processes and implement new tools (e.g. Workday).
- Deliver training sessions on employee relations and HR best practices.
- Co-manage payroll and coordinate with finance on reports and compliance.
- Oversee employee benefits and liaise with providers.
- Manage onboarding offboarding and leave administration.
- Provide workforce data insights and reports for planning.
What You Bring
- Degree in Law HR or Business Administration.
- 5 years as HR Generalist/Manager.
- Experience in international environments.
- Fluent Spanish & English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Strong MS Office & HR tools knowledge (Workday HRIS).
- Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
