Job Description
Location: Irving TX 75061
Shift: 8-hr Days 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (40 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
- Assess treat and monitor acute and chronic wounds
- Perform wound care procedures (e.g. dressing changes debridement)
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention
- Collaborate with the care team for comprehensive treatment
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience
- Active and Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
