Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Diagnose Problems: Use diagnostic tools and their own expertise to identify issues with engines transmissions brakes electrical systems and more.
Perform Repairs: Fix or replace faulty parts like alternators timing belts spark plugs and fuel pumps.
Routine Maintenance: Handle oil changes tire rotations brake pad replacements fluid flushes and tune-ups.
Inspect Vehicles: Conduct safety and emissions inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
Use Technology: Operate computerized diagnostic equipment and update service records digitally.
Customer Communication: Explain issues and repairs to customers in understandable terms sometimes offering cost estimates or advice.
