• Minimum Years of Experience required 2 years of Med/Tele exp

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:

• Stroke Seizure AMS generalized weakness AKI/CKD Falls Cellulitis Non-healing wounds

Patient Ratios:

• RN: Days/Nights: 1:5-6

Required License National Certification Certs (BLS ACLS etc.) or other position specific requirements such as Drivers License and/or Insurance:

• RN: BLS ACLS NIHSS

Skills required:

• RN: Cardiac rhythm interpretation experience with non-titrating Cardiac drips (Cardizem/Amiodarone) general medical/surgical skillset

Support within the Department:

• CNA (Ratios 1:12)
• Receptionist/HUC
• Charge nurse free floating
• Phlebotomy 24/7
• IV/VAT Team 24/7
• Pharmacist dedicated to unit
• Case Manager x 2 per unit
• MedSurg Clinical Nurse Specialist
• RT 24/7 will perform Nebulizer treatments
• Nurse Educator
• Hospitalist 24/7
• APP support
• No remote Tele Monitoring - Unit Clerk Charge/Clinical Supervisor and Staff are responsible to read and post every shift

• EMR: EPIC
• IV Pump: Alaris
• Med dispensing: Omnicell
• Monitors: Phillips
• Rover Communication

Floating:

• Within region and scope of practice
• Will be required to float per region needs will require floating to all facilities listed below as needed within scope of practice DECLINE if not agreeable
• Region 2 - Pineville Anson Union Union West Central Division (CMC Main CMC Mercy Levine Childrens Hospital)
• If floating mid-shift Traveler will be paid for the time traveling between facilities (will remain on the clock)
