Job Description
Physical therapist DAYS Tuesday to Saturday 9:00a-5:30pm; 40 hours/wk every other weekend. Graduate from certified PT program 2 years of inpatient PT experience required MA PT License and BLS required. BILH Coversheet Required COVID Vaccines Booster required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). Flu vaccine required for new staff starting 9/2. Current staff will need to be vaccinated by 12/1. (declinations not accepted). Local candidates not accepted Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past 6 months
