Job Description
1. Financial Management & Reporting
Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L balance sheet cash flow) in compliance with
accounting standards.
Conduct financial audits risk assessments and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Maintain general ledger accounts and oversee financial reconciliations.
Monitor working capital and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
2. Cost Accounting & Budgeting
Implement cost control measures and analyze variances in manufacturing costs.
Monitor production costs material expenses and overheads to optimize profitability.
Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for better financial planning.
3. Taxation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with GST income tax and other statutory regulations.
File tax returns handle tax assessments and assist in tax planning strategies.
Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors as required.

Provide financial insights to support business decisions and improve profitability.

Assist in financial risk management and mitigation strategies.

Oversee payroll processing and employee compensation compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing or related industry. Male/Female
candidates are preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of cost accounting financial analysis and taxation.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally prime & etc.).
Expertise in financial modeling and business forecasting.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of IFRS GAAP and other regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
