Oracle APEX Engineer / Developer
Start: ASAP (onboarding takes 2 weeks at minimum)
End: Dec. 2025 with possible extension
Travel required 50% of the time to Austin Texas
USC/Green Card Holders ONLY
Pay Rate: $60-$65/hr C2C
This position will be joining the client CX (Oracle Customer Experience) Team who helps organizations enable their go-to-market and coverage strategy by designing and deploying solutions that optimize sales effectiveness and performance. We focus on a variety of incentive compensation capabilities such as quota planning compensation design pay metric optimization and performance analytics. Additionally we design build and operate complex data ecosystems to support the incentive compensation function and enable related operational and analytical/predictive reporting.
Qualifications
Required:
4 years experience developing and testing commercial grade web applications using Oracle APEX.
Ability to deliver modern elegant web applications using a combination of APEX and JavaScript.
Oracle SQL / Oracle PL/SQL programming experience.
Experience in managing web page layouts with APEX templates and themes.
Relational Data modeling.
Knowledge of web application usability trends.
HTML5 / CSS knowledge.
Experience collaborating effectively with team members and partners in a distributed project environment.
Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues. Proven experience in data integration data management and data analytics.
Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Oracle Database performance and tuning.
Experience integrating REST APIs into APEX applications.
Experience with FDI (Fusion Data Insights)
Web application security / Data security.
Experience with APIs and data integration tools.
Strong understanding of data privacy and security principles.
Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cx applications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
