Compensation
- Starting pay rate: $18.50 per hour.
- Team Lead Caregivers get a guarantee of 50 Hours a week.

Each client has a custom care plan. Caregiver responsibilities will vary based on assignments. Caregiver tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Required to confirm acceptance of the shift upon receiving it.
- You must be available and ready to go on a last-minute shift.
- Must have no complaints from clients.
- Must be able to go to any clients home.
- Aid with clients walk-ins.
- Provide high-quality care and companionship to clients during scheduled shifts.
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry cleaning and organizing.
- Assist with mobility and transfers always ensuring client safety.
- Monitor and document the clients health behavior and overall well-being and report any changes to the Care Manager.
- Accompany clients to appointments errands or social activities as needed.
- Administer medications as directed by the clients care plan (if trained and authorized).
- Follow individualized care plans to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Communicate effectively with clients their families and other members of the care team.
- Previous experience as a caregiver CNA or in-home health aide is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility transfers and activities of daily living.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
