What youll be doing
Youll join the team as a Senior Financial Planning and Advice Coach reporting into the Director of our Financial Planning and Advice Centre. As a Bilingual Senior Financial Planning and Advice Coach youll provide accurate timely and comprehensive advice and information over the phone in both English and French to the CIBC and Wood Gundy advisory sales force so our Advisors can deliver personalized planning and advice to personal and business clients. Youll be responsible to respond to inquiries through either a 1- 800 line or mailbox which may cover a broad spectrum of topics and complexity related to financial planning and advice. Your responses will be tailored to the clients financial objectives and specific needs to ensure that plans prepared by our advisors are of the highest quality. Youll build and update content and deliver advice and planning related training in our intake programs and participate in or lead internal or partner projects by leveraging information and subject matter expertise.
You will also be a backup for the Planning Effectiveness program by completing plan reviews and conducting calls with advisors and leaders.
