Opportunity to lead a passionate team of professionals who focus on providing person centred counselling to counselling and therapy to children young people and adults who have been affected by domestic violence or sexual abuse.
This pivotal leadership role involves supporting our counsellors within the Trauma Counselling Team to deliver therapeutic recovery services that adhere to best practice standards. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our services are person centred evidence based trauma informed and culturally safe.
Holding a small case load of your own you will support the team and act as an escalation point for any complex clients or client issues facilitate serious issues meetings and respond to client complaints. You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating case reviews and will develop and implement risk management consultation with line management you will also oversee the implementation of quality systems and reporting processes.
This is a full time (37.5 hours per week) max term role for 12 months with possibility for extension.

The successful candidate must possess acurrent National Police Clearance valid within one year a WA Working with Children Check and a WA Drivers Licence.
