Position Description:
Were looking for a creative and highly organized Marketing Campaign Strategist to support the development execution and optimization of multi-channel lead generation campaigns for the restaurant industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on getting things donebuilding campaigns managing systems and tracking performance. Youll play a key role in launching programs that generate qualified leads and pipeline for PAR Technologys solutions targeting corporate restaurant brands.

Sr. Manager Demand Generation Operator Cloud Growth Marketing
What Were Looking For:
13 years in marketing demand generation or campaign operations roles
Hands-on experience with marketing automation software Pardot preferred as well as Salesforce and Gong or SalesLoft
Experience running digital ABM ad campaigns in Google and LinkedIn
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Bachelors degree in marketing communications business or equivalent experience
Additional Skills:
HTML email creation
Lead list vetting cleaning and management
Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with sales product marketing events and partnerships
Strong analytical skills to report on and optimize campaign performance
Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
Campaign Execution & Project Management
Build and launch campaigns across email outbound sales tools (Gong/SalesLoft) paid media and organic social channels
Create HTML emails segment lists and manage assets in Pardot
Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate timelines
Lead Management & List Operations
Vet and clean prospect/customer lists
Upload leads into Pardot and Salesforce with correct tagging and routing
Collaborate with sales for outreach support
Targeting & Content Support
Assist in defining target segments
Write campaign copy for various channels
Contribute ideas for new and repurposed content
Performance Reporting & Optimization
Track and report on CTR conversion rates and influenced pipeline
Recommend improvements based on performance
Cross-Team Collaboration
Ensure alignment with business goals through cross-functional coordination
Support execution of partner and field marketing programs
